We created the “Stoke Love” concept for Brand Camp 2022, Red Bull North America’s annual brand summit, a cornerstone meeting for company culture attended by 150+ employees. Designed to reignite brand love after the pandemic hiatus, we planned and facilitated an experiential team-building, music-creation event held at the famed Music Box Village in New Orleans, along with branded content and experiences.
The results? The stoke was high and a deeply-engaged and finely-tuned brand team successfully bonded and planned next year’s brand initiatives. This event exceeded all expectations and is the new blueprint for annual organization-wide team meetings.
‘Day in the Sun’ was Red Bull’s first US integrated social good initiative and a way for employees to give back to their local communities. On Summer Solstice, Red Bull closed their doors and engaged employees to volunteer to do the most good on the longest day of the year. From sunrise to sunset, employees joined forces to build community gardens, clean up beaches, and more.
We worked directly with the US brand leader to develop a memorable brand for the event, including: name, logo design, t-shirts, collateral and video content.
